We handle modular buildings designs such as day-care centres, commercial buildings, student accommodations, bungalow houses, apartments, kindergartens, offices and industrial buildings. While working on modular buildings projects, we also do architectural and constructive designs, including modular structures. Our designs are based on steel and wooden structures, which is our major. While designing a modular building, we do calculations of a building’s structure, facade, elevation combined with other Vitreous Curtains, Wood Cladding, Terracotta and Alucobond. Furthermore, our biggest project was the KFC Restaurant that included 80 separate restaurant buildings in Central and East Europe with a total amount of £20 million. Our task was to design architectural elements of the building's construction together with the Mechanical and Electrical works.

The biggest difficulty while designing modular buildings rests on the proper design of an appropriate connection between facades and other modules ducting.

We propose to install solar panels on the roof due to the large heat and energy recovery and low cost of building operation. Foundation system – the construction of deep foundations is very expensive, that is why we have come to the conclusion that in the case of a building without a basement, a foundation slab is the best option, and for basement buildings, we perform individual designs depending on the depth of works.
